Rules of participation in London Fusion Film Festival
General provisions
1. London Fusion Film Festival is an international online film festival held with the aim of promoting independent films and talented authors around the world.
2. All screenings and competitive screenings take place exclusively online, through secure platforms and/or in private access for members of the jury.
3. Authors from all countries are invited to participate, regardless of nationality, gender, age, and professional experience.

Accepted categories
We accept films and works in the following categories:
• Full-length feature film
• Short feature film
• Documentary (short or full)
• Animation
• Music Video
• Experimental cinema
• Student film
• Script (game or short, pdf)

Technical requirements
1. Video format: .MP4, .MOV, H.264 or similar.
2. Maximum resolution: 1920x1080 (Full HD). 4K is allowed, but not required.
3. Language: Films not in English must have English subtitles.
4. The file must be uploaded or provided with a secure link (Vimeo, Google Drive, etc.).

• Spotlight Deadline - June 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025
• Curtain Call Deadline - July 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025
• Official Selection Reveal - August 3, 2025

Terms of participation
1. Originality: The participant must be the owner of all the rights to the film (video, music, script, etc.).
2. Working age: unlimited.
3. Premieres are optional, but welcome.
4. The participant agrees that his film can be shown at the festival as part of a closed online screening.
5. The festival may use the footage, poster and trailer of the film for marketing purposes, indicating the authorship.
6. Participation does not automatically qualify for the competition. The decision is made by the jury.
7. The application fee will not be refunded, regardless of the selection results.

Evaluation and jury
1. All films are pre-selected by a team of program coordinators.
2. The selected works are handed over to an international jury consisting of film industry professionals.
3. Main evaluation criteria:
- originality of the idea
- directorial and visual expressiveness
- emotional and artistic impact
- editing, sound and overall performance quality

Awards and recognition
1. The winners in each category receive:
- A digital certificate of the winner
- The Festival Laurels
- Publication on the website and in social networks of the festival
