Refund Policy

1. General provisions
By submitting an application to participate in the London Fusion Film Festival (hereinafter referred to as the "Festival"), the participant confirms his agreement with this refund policy.

2. No standard refund
Application fees paid when submitting films, scripts, or other materials to the Festival are non-refundable under standard conditions, regardless of the following factors:
• Selection or not selection of the film in the program
• Voluntary withdrawal of the participant
• Erroneous submission or resending
• Non-compliance of the material with the requirements
• Technical errors not caused by the festival
• Changes in the format, composition of the jury or dates of the festival

3. Reasons for no refund
The application fee covers administrative expenses, the costs of the judging panel, the application platform and the technical infrastructure.
It is a payment for reviewing an application, not a guarantee of participation or an award.

4. Exceptions: Refunds for valid reasons
In exceptional cases, if there is documentary evidence and according to the decision of the organizers, a partial or full refund is possible. These cases include:
Acceptable valid reasons:
• Death of the participant's closest family member during the submission period
• Hospitalization or serious illness of the participant, confirmed by an official certificate
• Natural disasters or military actions in the participant's region of residence
• Double debit of funds or an obvious technical error during payment
• An error on the part of the festival, which resulted in the inability to submit (for example, failure to receive files)
, Mandatory conditions:
• The participant must send a written request within 10 calendar days from the moment the reason arises.
• The request must be accompanied by supporting documents (medical certificate, bank notification, screenshots of the error, etc.)
• The decision to refund is made by the festival organizer based on the results of the request review

5. How to submit a refund request
To consider a refund, you must:
1. Write to the following email address: support@londonvisionff.site
2. Specify:
  • Full name of the participant
  • Movie name
  • Date of submission
  • The reason for the request
3. Attach all necessary supporting documents

6. Confirmation of consent
By paying for the application, you confirm that:
• Read the refund policy
• You understand that refunds are only possible in exceptional cases.
• Accept the terms of participation without the right to a standard refund
